Key Responsibilities:*

We are seeking an experienced and strategically driven Head – Finance to lead the financial function of a growing real estate development organization. The role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, treasury management, project funding, financial planning, and stakeholder reporting across multiple real estate projects including commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in real estate finance, with the ability to balance operational financial discipline with strategic capital planning, ensuring financial stability, optimal capital deployment, and support for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:*
    1. Financial Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations across the organization and project entities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reporting.
  • Establish strong financial controls, compliance processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
    2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Key Responsibilities:*
    1. Project Coordination & Planning
  • Act as the central coordination point between design consultants, internal stakeholders, and site teams.
