We are seeking an experienced and strategically driven Head – Finance to lead the financial function of a growing real estate development organization. The role will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, treasury management, project funding, financial planning, and stakeholder reporting across multiple real estate projects including commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in real estate finance, with the ability to balance operational financial discipline with strategic capital planning, ensuring financial stability, optimal capital deployment, and support for business growth.

1. Financial Operations & Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations across the organization and project entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reporting.
• Establish strong financial controls, compliance processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory compliance.

2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Manage overall treasury operations including banking relationships, fund flows, and liquidity planning.
• Monitor project-wise cash flows to ensure adequate funding for ongoing and upcoming developments.
• Implement systems for cash flow forecasting and financial risk monitoring.

3. Fund Raising & Debt Management
• Structure and execute debt and equity funding for real estate projects, including construction finance, LAP, structured finance, and other funding instruments.
• Lead negotiations with banks, NBFCs, private lenders, and financial institutions.
• Manage lender relationships, compliance with covenants, and timely servicing of debt obligations.
• Support capital structuring decisions aligned with project timelines and sales cycles.

4. Investor & Stakeholder Relations
• Prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and project viability assessments to promoters, investors, and lenders.
• Support investor discussions through financial analysis, projections, and business plans.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial communication with stakeholders.

5. Budgeting & Financial Planning
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across projects and corporate functions.
• Develop project-level financial models, feasibility analyses, and profitability assessments.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance and drive corrective actions where required.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis.

• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, façade, and other consultants to ensure integrated and timely delivery of design packages.
• Conduct design coordination meetings and ensure closure of action points within defined timelines.

3. Statutory Approvals & Compliance

• Manage and track statutory approvals and submissions with relevant authorities.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of drawings, documents, and technical clarifications required for approvals.
• Maintain organized documentation and approval records to support project timelines.

4. Site Kick-off & Mobilization

• Ensure readiness of approved drawings, permits, and documentation prior to construction commencement.
• Support onboarding and coordination of consultants and contractors during early project phases.

5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, approvals, risks, and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication between multiple stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making.
